Cranswick Poultry
When Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry, one of the largest food producers in the United Kingdom, was looking for a new decanter centrifuge to increase the capacity and efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant at its Yaxley production site, it chose the DP45 model from Hiller, supplied by MSE Hiller. The new centrifuge installation handles up to 10 t/hr of the sludge generated from the waste water treatment at site which ensures that the numbers of tankers and cost of haulage for disposal from site are kept to a minimum and the water treatment plant ensures a cleaned water for discharge to the local sewage treatment plant.
